The brief for this project involved exploring the 21st century consumer and how they create, design and use spaces.

 

In response to consumers increasingly showing interest in hybrid and engaging spatial experiences, I designed a hybrid exhibition / dining space titled ‘Edible’, which included interactive exhibits that started with the entree meal and ended at dessert. The spatial layout of the exhibition has been designed as a walk through, with each space containing a different meal, allowing the participants to naturally move through the space whilst interacting and tasting the exhibits. The temporal experience was designed as a secret event in which participants only become aware of its location on the day.
